Refund Policy

Every piece carries a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (for example a cracked band, a failed clasp, or a broken bail). Contact us within 30 days of discovering the defect with your order number and a photo, and we will repair or replace the piece free of charge — or issue a full refund where repair or replacement is not possible.

Unworn pieces in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund; you are responsible for return shipping. Pieces showing wear, resizing, engraving, or other alteration cannot be refunded.

Returned pieces must be unworn and in their original pouch and packaging; we cannot issue a refund for pieces that show wear or damage.

Once we have received and verified the returned piece, we will refund the payment within 5 business days via the original payment method used for the order.

Natural tarnish (darkening) is a normal property of sterling silver and is not a defect — it always polishes off with the included cloth. We are unable to issue a refund for pieces lost or seized by local customs.
